Savory Sofrito Shrimp LCoE
1 lb bag of frozen salad shrimp cooked and peeled
4-6 Tbsp. WT Savory Sofrito Cooking Base
1 Tbsp. WT Taco Seasoning
1 Tbsp. WT Chipotle Lime Rub
Cook shrimp in skillet until done, drain juices keeping shrimp in pan. On low heat, add next 3 ingredients and stir gently until well combined. Simmer approx 5 min. and use as an enchilada filling (with our Enchilada Sauce* see recipe below), shrimp tacos, chalupas or simply with chips!
Savory Sofrito Shrimp Enchiladas LOCE
Half recipe for Sofrito Shrimp and add spinach or cilantro/onion (desired amount) to Shrimp mixture, ½ c cheese. Microwave 6-8 corn tortillas to soften roll 4 TBSP+ of mixture in each tortilla and top with Wildtree's Tia Rosa's Enchilada Sauce! (optional - add 8 oz tomato sauce to 6oz+ of WT Tia Rosa Enchilada Sauce for milder sauce.) Bake at 350 approximately 15-20 min. to melt cheese and infuse flavors!
Savory Sofrito Skillet LSOC
1 lb. lean natural ground beef
2 Tbsp. Wildtree Taco Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Chipotle Lime Rub
3-4 Tbsp. WT Savory Sofrito Cooking Base
1/4 bunch of Cilantro, leaves only
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of corn, drained or frozen
Cook ground beef until well done, turn to low and add next 3 ingredients and combine. Next, add Cilantro, beans and corn... heating thoroughly. Serve as a filling for tacos, nachos, chalupas, etc...
Garlic & Herb Tilapia
4-6 Tilapia Fillets
2-3 Tbsp. WT Lemon Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. WT Garlic & Herb
Marinate Tilapia in gallon ziploc 30 min.++
Bake at 400F for approx. 15-20 min. until fish flakes with a fork
Serve with the following ingredients tossed together:

Baked
Potatoes
Mix WT Onion & Chive Blend with sour cream and serve on your baked potatoes. For extra color, slice green onions and blend with sour cream mixture.
Pasta
Prepare your pasta, drain & toss with Natural, Natural Butter Flavor GSO or Garlic
GSO and season with Rancher’s Steak
Rub, Garlic Galore, or your favorite Culinary
Blend! Add drained and rinsed black beans, corn & grilled chicken for a
quick dish!
Scrambled Eggs
Drizzle the Garlic Infused Grapeseed Oil

TIP: Did you know that the pre-marinated meats we buy from the grocery store are full of sodium, nitrates, and other ingredients we can’t even pronounce? You also pay more per lb.
TRY THIS FOR SAVINGS and HEALTHY FLAVOR!
1. Buy your meat in family size/bulk.
2. Divide into a serving size for your family/trips.
3. In freezer safe Ziploc bags mix together your marinade as follows per bag: 2 Tbsp Garlic Grapeseed Oil (or any flavor oil), with 1-2 Tbsp WT Rancher Steak Rub or WT blend of choice. Use more/less depending on how much flavor you prefer.
4. Place desired amount of meat in bag.
5. Seal and squish around with your hands.
6. You can do this with any of the WT dressing/marinades, my favorite is the Asian Ginger Plum (1/3 cup). Also try the WT Wicked Slow Cooker Sauce (1/4 cup)
7. Label & Freeze
Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Prepare Wildtree 'Quick & Easy Pizza Dough' as directed on box (unbaked), then
top with 'Alfredo Sauce Mix' (approx. 1/2
of prepared recipe on pkg), grilled chicken (cooked in 1-2 tbsp. Grapeseed oil & Garlic & Herb blend,
or your choice), fresh or wilted Fresh Spinach leaves (w/1 tsp GSO in pan to wilt), and top with
cheese. You could also top with thinly sliced tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes or

2 cans light tuna/salmon, drained well
2 eggs
1 cup crushed crackers
¼ cup cornmeal

Rub your roast (approx 4 lbs) with 1 Tbsp. Wildtree Rancher’s Steak Rub

Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce, and sliced onion. Cook on Low for approx 8

Prepare Wildtree Cranberry Horseradish Dip (w/ cream Cheese) and use as a
spread for your leftover Roast Beef. Taste great on toasted sub buns for an

Stuffed Meatloaf
Prepare Wildtree Meatloaf Mix as directed on box. Before baking, take
approx 1 cup cooked spinach or fresh leaves of baby spinach, mixed with
shredded cheese(s) and fold in center of uncooked meatloaf. Press top of
meatloaf back in place and bake as directed. **Also can use meatloaf mix to
stuff bell peppers and bake approx 25 min. @ 350*! SW WT
Scrambled
‘Scampi’ Eggs
Start with 1 Tbsp. Natural Butter Flavor GSO in cold skillet*, whisk in ½ Tbsp. Wildtree Scampi Blend to your eggs. When
eggs are almost semi soft scrambled, add in ½ cup chopped ham and 1-2 slices of
cheese (use 4 eggs). SW WT
*Can also bake as casserole in Burton Oven. Mix all in Ziploc and pour in foil lined pan in BO. Bake until set.
Spring Mix and Apple Salad
1 bag spring mix
greens salad
1 ½ C. shredded carrots
1 large Granny Smith apple, chopped
1 C. mayonnaise (can use ½ yogurt)
1 C. lite sour cream
2 tsp WT Dill Dip Blend
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and dill blend in small bowl and mix well. Chill. Place greens, carrots, and apple in large bowl/ziploc bag. Toss with dressing and enjoy! Tips: If dressing is too thick, use a little milk to thin to desired consistency. To make ahead, place chopped apple in a bowl with ginger ale to prevent turning brown. Lucy H., CCM

Orzo
2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp Wildtree Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 cup orzo (rice shaped pasta)
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms or 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces,
drained.
Bring
chicken broth and dressing mix to a rapid boil; add orzo. Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes or
until broth is absorbed. Add mushrooms
and allow the pasta to warm the mushrooms.

Salisbury Steak
1 Tbsp. WT Natural or Garlic Flavored Grapeseed Oil
1 lb lean ground beef
8 ounces Salsa
1 15 oz can beef broth
3 Tbsp. flour
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 tsp Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub
Combine ground beef and ¼ cup salsa and form 4 patties. Pour broth into large measuring cup, add flour and ½ cup picante sauce; mix well and set aside. Heat large skillet and grapeseed oil over medium high heat. Add the patties and cook to desired doneness. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add mushrooms to the skillet, sprinkle with rub seasoning, cooking mushroom until they just begin to brown. Add broth mixture, stirring until it begins to thicken. Put patties back into skillet, reduce heat to low, turning patties a few times to coat for 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles. Lucy H CCM
Grilled Pork Chops w/ WT Butter Grapeseed Oil & Ranchers Steak Rub
Rub thawed
chops with Butter GSO on both sides and sprinkle with Ranchers Steak Rub. Place
in refrigerator for 1 hr. to marinate and then grill/bake. So Tasty!

Spring Green Mix w/ Fresh Blackberries, Honey Roasted Walnuts & WT Wildberry Dressing
½ cup of
Walnuts halved or quartered
2 tsp of butter
2 Tbsp of honey
Preheat
oven to 350*. Add 2 tsp of butter & 3 Tbsp of honey in small glass dish
& microwave for 15 + seconds until melted.
Blend honey & butter, add walnuts and toss. Place on cookie sheet
(airbake sheet works well) coated with GSO (I used Butter GSO). Separate pieces
in single layer & not touching. Bake for 5-7 minutes+ depending on oven
& cookie sheet. Smaller pieces will brown slightly, so watch closely. After
removed from oven, take rubber spatula and mix any melted coating on sheet with
nuts. Place on plate to cool. Separate the pieces. Toss w/salad greens or try
adding to trail mix, cereal, oatmeal, granola, pancakes etc… Store in Ziploc
bag.

Bread
Slice
loaf of bread in half and add 4 TBSP of melted butter*or Butter GSO & ½
tsp* of Garlic Galore together. Spread on bread and place in foil and bake at
350* for 15 minutes. You can also place under broiler or on grill to toast.

Next Best Thing Pork
Chops & Chicken
Can’t
grill your pork chops/chicken then try this recipe! Place 4-6 chops/chicken
breast in gallon Ziploc with 3+ TBSP Hickory GSO, 1 TBSP Butter GSO & 1TBSP
Garlic GSO. Add 2 tsp Ranchers Steak Rub and mix well. Marinate for 1 hr plus
& pan fry/bake. No extra oil added for frying. Fry on medium heat.

Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Crepes

dip and crepes as directed. Spread Cheesecake blend in center of Crepes and
roll.
Optional: whip in fresh strawberries to your dip before spreading on crepes.

Spread
prepared WT Very Berry Cheesecake Blend on one slice of bread and WT Wildly
Blueberry Jam on the other. Place together and dip in French toast egg mixture

Asian Ginger Plum
Stir-Fry
3 or 4
chicken breasts, thawed & thinly sliced
1/3 cup +/- WT Asian Ginger Plum Sauce
1 bag frozen broccoli stir fry vegetables
WT California Style Garlic Pepper (to taste)
Marinate thinly sliced Chicken breasts in approx. ¼ cup WT Asian Ginger Plum Sauce. Prepare in skillet, once fully cooked, add vegetables and remaining WT sauce. Add WT California Style Garlic Pepper to taste. Serve over choice of rice or noodles. SW WT
Pacific Fusion Stir Fry
Thinly cut
sirloin
1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
1/3 cup +/- Pacific Fusion Sauce
Marinate sirloin slices in Pacific Fusion Sauce. Prepare meat in skillet* until fully cooked and then add bag of vegetables, add Pacific Fusion Sauce and toss to coat. Serve over choice of rice or noodles. * Can also be prepared in crockpot (sliced or whole). Add vegetables last 30 minutes.
Cranberry Horseradish Dip
w/ Pineapple
WT
Cranberry Horseradish Dip, prepared as directed. Mix in ¼ cup Crushed Pineapple
(more or less to desired consistency). Serve with pretzels, crackers or as a
spread on bagels. B P.
Zippy Apple Salad
6 Large Gala or Honeycrisp Apples (or your choice)
1/2 cup stalk celery (chopped)chopped
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
3/4 cup of mayo
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. of WT Cranberry Horseradish
Dice apples and celery. Add cranberries and pecans. Mix mayo & WT Cranberry Horseradish. Blend into mixture. Refrigerate for about an hour before enjoying!
