CHICKEN SALAD
Wildtree Dill Dip, prepared
1/2 cup Light Mayo
1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
2 tsp. WT Dill Dip
2- 13 oz. cans chicken, drained
2 tbsp. sweet relish or dill pickles, chopped
1/4- 1/2 cup chopped grapes
1 medium apple, chopped

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Chill & Enjoy! *Serve on whole wheat/ whole grain wraps, toast, crackers, bread, lettuce wraps, etc...

LEMON LIME PINEAPPLE DIP
1 -8 oz. Light Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Chunk pineapples,
chopped and drained
1/4 cup Pineapple juice

(from chunk pineapple can)

2 tbsp. Lemon Lime Cheesecake Blend

Combine all ingredients in either a bowl or in a galon ziploc on the go... Serve with pretzels, graham crackers or sread on a whole grain wrap and roll up for a quick snack.


CHIPOTLE CORN
1 can of corn, drained
1/2 tsp. Chipotle Lime Rub
Heat in lunchbox oven or to blacken, add 2 tsp. Butter Flavor Grapeseed Oil or Garlic Grapeseed Oil on stovetop or in Burton pot popper.

WILDTREE QUESO

1/3 cup Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1/3 cup Flour
(Combine above to make a Roux in pot popper or pan)
Add: 3 cups water
2 lbs. Velveeta, cubed
1/4 cup Fiesta Salsa Mix, dry
1 tbsp. El Gaucho Chimichurri
1/2- 1 tsp. Cajun Sesoning
1/2 tsp. Garlic Galore

Stir occasionally, until cheese is melted or can be prepared in a crock pot. * "Qty. Control" a must on this recipe... Enjoy!

QUICK TIPS:

Use a whole wheat or whole grain tortilla or wrap in place of bread... Fill it with your favorite deli meat, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, etc...

For a quick and easy sweet treat, slice an apple and sprinkle cinnamon on the slices. *Cinnamon has many health benefits, too!

 Quick & Easy Beef Stew

 

2 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
2 pounds chuck roast beef cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, diced
1 bag baby carrots
1 1/2 cup red bliss potatoes cut in half or quartered
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 Jar Wildtree Home Style Beef Stew Sauce

 

Preparation:

Add beef cubes to slow cooker and toss with oil. Add in vegetables and jar of Beef Stew Sauce and stir until combined, cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or on high for 5 ½ to 6 hours. Can add additional seasonings like WT Ranchers Steak Rub etc if desired.

 

 

WT Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pound beef chuck roast or roast of choice
  • 1 Tbsp WT Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend or Ranchers Steak Rub
  • 3  carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 yellow onions sliced
  • 1/2 jar of Beef Stew Sauce or (1 cup of water & 2 Tbsp of WT Beef Bouillon)

 

PREPARATION:

Place seasoned meat in crockpot. Add carrots, potatoes, and onions.  Pour Beef  Stew Sauce over the roast and vegetables (or mix water & bouillon together & pour over meat & vegetables) Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 10 hours on low heat.



REMEMBER : you can season veggies of choice with the WT seasonings and 1 teaspoon +-, place in a crockpot or roasting bag for oven with a 4+ teaspoons of water and cook to desired tenderness. Cook on high in crockpot until desired tenderness. When using roasting bag follow directions on package.


WT BRISKET (or cut of choice)

  • 1-3 pound Brisket/Roast (pork or beef)/Sirloin Steak
  • 2 TBSP Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil 
  • 2 -3 TBSP WT Ranchers Steak Rub*
  • 1 cup WT Leslie’s Burger & Rib Sauce or Choice of BBQ sauce.

*Reduce amount for smaller portion of meat


PREPARATION:

Rub Grapeseed Oil all over the brisket (or other cut) and sprinkle both sides with WT Ranchers Steak Rub. Place in a crockpot. Add the WT Burger/Rib Sauce on top of meat. (Consider adding veggies of choice to crockpot for last few hours)

COOKING TIME will depend on cut of meat. Use low setting in crockpot for maximum tenderness. Cook approximately 6 hrs for small portion (1 ½ lbs) and up to 10-12 for larger cuts.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CROCKPOTS COOK DIFFERENTLY….time will vary. Each time lid is raised it takes about 20 minutes for temperature to get to desired setting.
